Chloe was born December 28, and 3 weeks and a day later she was discharged from the NICU and got to come home! Chase and Kaylee are awesome older siblings, they love talking to her, singing to her, and of course holding her! We are so happy to all be home together, never in my life did I expect to be a mom of a preemie, let alone three kids!!! But I am so happy, so blessed with such a sweet family.
This year we had a fun day in OKC, when Thomas once again made his appearance at the train museum. Kaylee was old enough to really enjoy herself as well, she got called on stage to participate in a song. She was so excited, until she realized she had been given a hat to wear instead of an instrument to play. Then she pouted the whole song, and I guess the singer felt sorry for her because she got to stay on stage for the next song and was given an instrument for that song. Chase had fun in the bouncy house and of course they both enjoyed playing with the train table set ups. After a few hours at the train museum with Thomas, we made our way to downtown OKC. Chase of course had to change into his "new" Thomas shirt before going any further. We road the brooktown water taxi and ate at a delicious mexican restaurant. It was a wonderful day spent together!
Chloe decided to make her arrival 7 weeks early, she weighed 4 lbs 11 oz and 18 1/2 inches long. Although she is tiny, she is perfect and precious and I can't wait until we can get her home!
