Easter Sunday!!

What a nice service Trinity had for Easter morning! Pastor Shelly did a special story at the beginning for all the kids to come up and hear, Chase really enjoyed that!



There was beautiful music and a nice message, and best of all, DeeDee and Bobo, my Nana and Papa, and my Aunt Suzy and Uncle Rick, and Matt and Mandy were ALL in attendance too!! It was a wonderful morning.

After church we went to Aunt Linda's for the annual Easter lunch and egg hunt! Chase was so excited to see the big box of Easter gifts from Aunt Linda and Uncle Terry!! That was SO cool!

Chase thought Daddy was trying to steal his goods and he got so MAD!!!



Chase wanted to check things out on his own...

TIME FOR THE EASTER EGG HUNT!!!!



Chase had his work cut out for him... he had to find 54 eggs!!! He got his first 2!

Chase did pretty good on the hunt, got lots of candy and $8 all to put into his NEW coin counter!!! Now, last weekend, I posted about Chase's egg hunting and how Chase was afraid of the eggs, this is not the case anymore... I don't think Chase could get enough of the eggs...



In fact, that box is looking mighty fun to Chase...

Saturday Easter Festival!!

Saturday our church, Trinity UMC, held it's annual Easter gathering. Usually we have an egg hunt, but this year we decided to have kids come and do some Easter crafts, and had a band, and of course, the EASTER BUNNY!!! It was a lot of fun and Chase even made a new friend!

Our festival started at two, so Chase went to DeeDee and BoBo's to nap before he came to play. When DeeDee and BoBo brought Chase to the festival, he was rested, happy and ready to play!!



Chase and his new friend Jacob, Jacob was born only 14 days after Chase...



Chase was trying to tell Jacob that HIS dad was the Easter bunny...
